4155ed27ed refactor: update styles and structure for header, navigation, and banner

Details 
- Removed unnecessary "active-page" class from banner link
- Added reusable "nav-block" class for header links
- Adjusted `.nav-links` structure: switched to `inline-flex`, added `justify-content`
- Reduced `.kitchen-banner` margin and added border, padding for text styles
- Enhanced flex layout for `home-index-block` in index.css

d522489e7f feat: добавить страницы и фрагменты для улучшения структуры шаблонов 
- Добавлены страницы "Услуги", "Доставка", "Гарантия", "Контакты" с view и URL
- Вынесены hero, advantages, и о нас в отдельные фрагменты
- Обновлены header и footer для активных ссылок и адаптивности
- Добавлен normalize.css для унификации стилей
